Thanks for the piece Todd. It brings up memories of me hunched over, sorting through my kitchen cabinets, looking for that square cover (no, wait, the square cover with the rounded corners) that is nowhere to be seen.
I just started a blog as a means of trying to force my own improvement. When I first started out, there was that feeling that I’d never have any ideas. That scarcity mindset that’s been drummed into me through years of following procedures and ignoring independent thoughts.
It was amazing that when I started looking for ideas, how quickly they came. Making ideas an active part of my day helped me move towards an abundance mindset.
Most of them may be bad. But it seems we often need to start with some bad ideas to get to the good ones.
