Excellent article Mike. It’s a great look at the psychology that keeps us committed to a path even when we know (at some level) it’s doing more harm than good.

No one would tell smokers that they should stick with the habit because they don’t want to be a quitter. So why should the advice be any different for other areas of our life that are harmful? Or just leading us down a dead end?
